Graham Freeman
Operational Ability: I possess a clear understanding of the huge importance of the responsibility of fulfilling the role of a safety advisor. This involves security consultancy, training, asset protection and personnel protection.
This is coupled with intensive knowledge of subject matter that ensures snap decisions are made in a sensible and reasoned manner, I am a diligent and professional individual whom can be trusted to deliver the requisite level of service delivery anywhere in the world.
Instructor/Training Ability: I am cognizant with the difficulties service personnel undergo during the transition period to a civilian occupation and have dedicated my post military career to facilitating this and in doing so have attained various qualifications that attest to this ability.
This commitment has enabled me to develop other post military skills that extend to designing and delivering training programs to any and all that wish to learn new skills. I have spent a significant amount of time in Africa and in particular Ghana delivering training and while doing so became a student to the different learning styles befitting diverse cultural and religious sensitivities.
This is demonstrated in the dynamism of my training style.
