Lee Mardghum

I have over 21 years extensive experience working in an operational and training capacity in the security and emergency medical field.

After working on the African continent, I first arrived in the United Kingdom (LONDON) in 1999 and developed international experience working in a number of countries in various roles. I have a proven record for effectively managing training and operation departments and for leading effective teams assuring strategic risk management for complex projects.

It became incumbent on me to further develop my training skills due to the inherent skill shortage of operators versed in the international code of conduct for security personnel working on the international stage.

I am now back in South Africa and am the National Training Manager and Head of the VIP Protection unit for my company.

We will always be on the lookout for new personnel, but our standards are high, so it makes sense that we start with applicants that can demonstrate competence through a structured training programme such as that compiled by the Professional Bodyguard Association.
